How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account or any personal data associated with our app, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@velant.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted
Processing Time
We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 30 days. Once deletion is complete, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
